  The location was what we were looking for. 4 blocks out from Time Square. Walkable to so many points of interest. A very international cliental. We chose the hotel for the pool. We were very satisfied with it. We got good use out of the mini fridge. A nice amenity.

  We found popcorn in our pull out couch; rather disturbing to me. The walls had water damage under the fan unit; a cosmetic negative.

  it is written that the hotel has shuttle bus to airport,but we didn't find that,also bad view from the window it is roof of garage view,also obsructed bathtub,bad bathroom,,breakfast buffet is so poor for its price,,no kettle or coffee machine in the room,,,

  Comfortable beds, very conveneint location. Some people in the neighborhood were questionable, but it is nyc,,,

  The room was very warm, and running the ac units full blast only helped marginally. An update tothe air conditioning system would be appropriate.

  I loved the hotel for it,s closeness to times square and only took me 10 minutes to walk 3 blocks up and i was in times square. Every thing around is so close just behind the hotel walk 2 blocks and your at the hudson river its lovely to sit or eat down there or get on one of the boats and explore. Used this hotel 6 yrs a go and loved it then and still think its great place to stay.

  Spacious room for the city. I liked the location and the neighborhood. Pool was a bonus for the kids!

  pretty old and beaten up. bathroom stank of mildew. for the 3.5 star rating and price per night, it was a huge disappointment.

  This hotel has excellent location. It closes to all animations, Broadway, Time Square, subway. The best is it close to Hell's Kitchen. On the 9th avenue, there are all kinds of restaurants full of international cuisine. Hotel room is clean with fairly big size.

  Air condition is a bit loud.
